How to Play
- The players must post a minimum wager and the players must post a minimum wager equal to the Ante Bet. Players must have sufficient money/ chips to complete all wagers of their current hand.
- The player may post an additional bonus odd wager.Five Community cards will be dealt in the middle of the table and each player, including the designated player, will be dealt two cards.
- Players cannot communicate the contents of their hand to other players.
- Cell phones are not permitted on the table surface or in a cup holder, but are allowed on the rail. Cell phone communication is not permitted while a player is in a live hand (this includes surfing the web, texting, and changing music).
- Players may inspect their hand and then choose from the following options:
a. Check the hand; or
b. Bet 3x the Ante Bet (Play Bet)*; or
c. Bet 4x the Ante bet (Play Bet)*. - Three community cards will be turned over in the middle of the table (Flop).
- The players then will choose from the following options:
a. Check the hand; or
b. Bet 2x the Ante bet (Play Bet)*. - The last two community cards will be turned over in the middle of the table (Turn/River).
- The players will then choose from the following options:
a. Fold. A player that folds their hand will lose the Ante Bet, the Blind Bet and the optional Trips Bet.
b. Bet 1x the Ante bet (Play Bet)*. * I
f a player chooses to bet they will place their cards under the play bet and are not allowed to alter their bet or look at their cards. - The designated player must qualify to play with a minimum hand of a pair or better.
- In the event the designated player does not hold a qualifying hand, the Ante Bet will receive no action and be pushed back to the Player. The Blind, Play and Trips wagers will be resolved as follows:
a. The Blind wager shall receive action and shall win, if player’s hand is higher than that of the Designated Player and the player has a hand of a straight or better. It shall lose if the Designated Player’s hand is higher than that of the player. If the player’s hand is higher than that of the Designated Player but the player’s hand is not a straight or higher, the Blind wager shall push. It shall also push if the Designated Player and the player have equal ranking hands. - The Play wager shall receive action and shall win and be paid 1 to 1 if the player’s hand ranks higher than the Designated Player’s hand. It shall lose if the Designated Player’s hand ranks higher than the player’s hand. It shall push if the hands are of equal rank.
- The Trips wager shall receive action if the player’s hand ranks higher than the Designated Player’s hand. It shall lose and be collected by the dealer and paid to the Designated Player if the Designated Player’s hand ranks higher than the player’s hand. It shall push if the hands are of equal rank.
- After a Play Bet is made and the player’s hand wins over the designated player’s hand, the player is now eligible to be paid on the Trips Bet wager. If the player’s hand is one of the ranked hands on the Trips Bet Payout Table, the player will be paid the corresponding payout.

- Blind Royal Flush: 200 to 1
- Straight Flush: 50 to 1
- Quads: 10 to 1
- Full House: 3 to 1
- Flush: 1 to 1

- Other Hands: Push

The Designated Player Requirements:
Must provide $30,000 per table for initial operational start up and maintain $30,000 in play per hand.

Per Florida Regulation 61D-11.002(5)(b): In 3-Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Holdem,Fortune Pai Gow, and One Card Poker the dealer button will rotate around the table in a clockwise fashion on a hand by hand basis to provide each player desiring to the designated player an equal opportunity to participate as the designated player.
60. Per Florida Regulation 61D-11.002(5)(c): In 3-Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Holdem,2 Card Poker, and One Card Poker, the room does not require the designated player to cover all potential wagers.
